Refund Policy

Fall/Winter/Spring ID Camps: Full Refunds minus a $50 processing fee, are available 30 days prior to all camps for all campers. If you need to cancel after this deadline or during camp, a full refund will be issued in the form of a gift certificate to the following year of camp.

Summer Camps/Clinics: Full Refunds minus a $100 processing fee, are available 30 days prior to all camps all Summer Camps. If you need to cancel after this deadline or during camp, a full refund will be issued in the form of a gift certificate to the following year of camp.

Do you Offer Discounts?

Currently, we offer 3 types of discounts. Discounts may not be combined.

We offer TEAM DISCOUNTS for teams sending 8 or more players to camp. For Residential Camp, each player on the team receives a $40.00 discount on the camp fee.

For Fall/Winter/Spring ID Camp each player on the team receives a $20.00 discount on camp fee.

We also offer a $20 SIBLING DISCOUNT (One sibling pays full price; each additional sibling in the family will receive $20 discount on the cost.

Finally, we have $20 discount will also be given to those players who sign up for multiple camps.

Are All Camps Held At Presbyterian College?

All of the training sessions and games will be on the Presbyterian College campus at the training fields and stadium field, the same fields that our Presbyterian College Men’s Soccer program uses. In addition, our campus is safe and well-planned so that long walks are NOT necessary.

Summer Day Camp – What Does Each Camper Receive?

Each camper receives a Presbyterian College camp t-shirt, an Presbyterian College Men's Soccer knapsack, an Presbyterian College water bottle, and a daily nutritious snack. In addition, skills and team prizes are awarded each week of camp. All meals are provided for Overnight camps.

Do Campers Receive a Written Evaluation?

Each camper who attends our residential camp receives a verbal evaluation from their staff coach. A letter of reference or a written evaluation will be available from the Camp coach if requested at the end of the camp program.

What Happens If My Son is Injured Or Sick During Camp?

There is around the clock medical supervision, which includes athletic trainers at all sites during the duration of camp, as well as a trainer available in dorms in case of emergency. In addition, we have use of our Sports Medicine facility on campus for injury treatment if needed.

Does my Son Need Money At Camp?

Overnight campers can purchase several items during the rest breaks and evening times. We offer a snack shop with basic soccer supplies, drinks, pizza, and other light snacks. A camp bank is provided at our Overnight Camp. Parents and campers can deposit funds in the bank at registration, and then withdraw money as needed. All unused funds are returned at the close of camp.

What is the Coach-To-Camper Ratio?

At our Evening Day Camp, we have one coach for every 10-12 campers. At our Residential and ID Camps, we have a head coach and a counselor with each group of 15-18 campers.

Summer Camp Only: What is the best airport to fly into? Can my son be picked up?

Shuttle available for ID Camp or Academy Showcase Camp is available only from Greenville Spartanburg International Airport in Greenville, SC. We have a camp shuttle that will pick him up and return him for departure. You must notify us with all flight information as soon as you have made a reservation. A member of our staff will be easy to find at the airport and will transport him safely to campus. Round trip transportation from the Greenville Spartanburg International Airport will be provided upon request at a fee of $40.

What should my son bring to camp?

Soccer CLEATS and SHINGUARDS are MANDATORY!
 Sneakers or indoor soccer shoes, swimsuit, sun screen and a positive attitude!

Overnight Campers Only: Pillow case, bed sheets, blanket, alarm clock, 
Toilet articles. Please do not bring additional personal equipment (stereos, TV’s etc.)

Is there specific goalkeeper training?

Yes. The keepers will train individually and in small groups for morning and afternoon sessions. For the evening games, they will be with a team. In addition, our GK coaches will be on hand to provide evaluations throughout each game.

Are Parents Allowed to Watch?

Definitely. You are welcome to attend any of the training and games. However, we ask that you stay outside the fields nears the clubhouse area of the facility.
